"The Moment" Ceremony Services:
This is a very basic, but stress saving package option. Please note that it includes coordination only- vendors already selected & contacted by bridal couple.

-Meet with Bride & Groom & all vendors at least 4-6 weeks before event to make Wedding Day arrangements.
-Set a schedule of events, & discuss Ceremony plans
-Assist in all aspects of the Rehearsal, the day prior to the Ceremony; timing of processional, recessional & run-through with music (if applicable)
-Contact all vendors 1-3 days prior to the Ceremony, confirming times and locations
-Arrive at the Ceremony site 2-3 hours prior to start, assuring set-up is complete and accurate
-Assist the Ushers with seating plans & handing out of programs
-Work directly with Clergy, musicians, photographer, florist & any other vendors in coordinating ready and start times
-Line up all family & wedding party for processional & cue Ceremony
-Provide a "Situation Kit", with a variety of
handy items, to be available, if needed, by the wedding party
-Provide bottled water during prep time

"The Big Day"
Ceremony & Reception:
Our most popular option.
Note: Includes services detailed for "Ceremony Coordination", listed above

-Arrive at the Reception site 4-6 hours prior to assure set up is complete and accurate
-Place all favors and any other personal items
-Alphabetize and place seating place cards, arrange table numbers, and place menus
-Set bridal flutes, book and pen, cake-cutting utensils, etc.
-Work directly with DJ, band, florist, photographer, videographer, caterer, cake and rental companies to make sure event runs smoothly and in a timely fashion
-Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating directions
-Coordinate the Grand Entrance
-Make sure all events such as meal, first dance, toast, cake cutting, etc. occur according to schedule
-Help with placement of all gifts and wedding items to their pre-arranged location before departing event
